March 2019 – The Headland Bass Team is excited to annouce that 2 of our anglers have been invited to Knoxville, TN to take part of the B.A.S.S. High School Classic as a part of the official BASSMATER CLASSIC WEEKEND on Saturday March 16th. Gracie Herbold and Aaron Cherry are going to be representing Headland in a 9 team competition between the best High School Teams in the Country. After fishing on Watt’s Bar lake on Saturday,the anglers will weigh in on the official Bassmaster Classic Stage in front of thousands in people. There should be a live stream available at 3:15 on Saturday as well. We are so thankful for one of our bass team founders Jeffery McCord for captaining them this event. We wish them the best of luck tomorrow. This is a great oppourtinuty for our sponsors to be seen by thousands.
